Our family is making sausage when you look at the Texas Hill nation for most generations. Developing through to a farm beyond Llano, we made ours yourself from scratch. My fascination and love for making sausage converted into an opportunity in 1985. After graduating from university I purchased a small beef plant in Llano, Texas. Miillers meat came to be and then we produced a lot of smoked meats and sausages.

In 2002 we relocated the plant to a different building on Highway 29 that will be our present location. We have grown quite a bit since our from 1985 but the one thing hasnt changed, our dedication to make the best smoked meats previously. We want to delight you our customers and also the globe with Texas Hill Country taste and hospitality.
