About UsOur family is making sausage when you look at the Texas Hill nation for most generations. Developing through to a farm beyond Llano, we made ours yourself from scratch. My fascination and love for making sausage converted into an opportunity in 1985. After graduating from university I purchased a small beef plant in Llano, Texas. Miillers meat came to be and then we produced a lot of smoked meats and sausages.

In 2002 we relocated the plant to a different building on Highway 29 that will be our present location. We have grown quite a bit since our from 1985 but the one thing hasnt changed, our dedication to make the best smoked meats previously.
